Cocobolo provides focus and sparkle and Sinker Redwood adds an awesome dynamic range from soft whispers to orchestral swells. Combined they offer with and immense, almost piano-like sustain. The Cocobolo set has spectacular looks. Cocobolo can be a bit heavy but George choose a light set, only 2.2 kg. Because of its lighter weight, this guitar is very responsive. And on top of that a special designed label handsigned by George personally. The label and the provenance document show the Pine Marten. This incredibly rare, native to Ireland, creature had set up home in the woods between the Lowden family home and the workshop at the time in Downpatrick.
