Oatey 3 in. or 4 in. PVC Offset Closet Flange with Metal Ring without Test Cap

We moved into an old house where the bathroom had last been remodeled about 20 years ago. They installed a 12″ rough-in toilet atop a 14″ rough-in waste pipe, resulting in several inches between the back of the tank and the wall. Moreover, the toilet position did not meet code in that there was insufficient clearance between the front lip and the bathtub directly across. Thanks to this flange, our contractor was able to install a new 12″ rough-in toilet set 2″ further back, bringing the toilet into code and eliminating nearly all of the dead space behind the tank. A really simple and elegant solution to our woes!
