Bottom Bracket Adapter – 41mm Press-Fit Cup

Bafang BBS01 BBS02 and BBSHD and Tong Sheng motors are designed to fit conventional threaded bottom Brackets. To fit it onto something else you will need a bottom bracket adapter. If your frame has a 41mm press fit bottom bracket (BB86/92 and some others), the best solution is to use a 68/73mm Bafang motor and the Lekkie Bottom Bracket adapter for 41mm Press Fit (BB86/92) frames (found here). However Tong Sheng motors and some frames aren’t compatible and need a bit more work to get running. A press fit cup has a 41mm outer diameter, which adapts a (41mm) Press fit frame down to 33.5mm allowing fitment of a standard Bafang and Tong Sheng motors. Install 2x Lekkie 41mm Press-Fit Cups where the Lekkie BB86/92 Adapter can’t be fitted. This will allow you to fit a motor of the correct length to a 41mm press-fit BB fat bike or wide BB. You will still need to work out how to lock your motor in place. Note: Discuss your build with us before purchasing. These are mainly used in fat bikes or unique builds. Includes 1x Drive Cup.
